Joe Ragosta is an American musician who is the lead vocalist and the former guitarist for the band Patent Pending.
Early Life[]
Joe was born on November 16, 1983 in New York.
He attented Mount Sinal High School in Mount Sanai, New York City where he met future bandmates Drew Buffardi and Anthony Mingoia.
Forming Patent Pending[]
Sometime while still in High School, Joe heard about an open mic night happening in their hometown so he and friend Drew Buffardi quickly formed a band with Drew on bass and Joe on guitar. They then hired Joe's younger brother Michael Ragosta on lead vocals, shortly after they hired Anthony Mingoia on drums mostly because he was the only drummer in their entire school.
Switching to lead vocals[]
Shortly after playing a concert in July, 2009, Michael Ragosta announced he would be stepping down from the band and that Joe would be replacing him on lead vocals.
YA BOYZ[]
Joe is also a part of the musical duo YA BOYZ along with Zach Hale.
